APON, established on  OCTOBER 01, 1994 is local NGO registered with NGO Affairs Bureau, The Prime Minister’s Office. It is also registered with the  Department of Narcotics Control, Ministry of Home Affairs and affiliated with   Asian Federation of Therapeutic Community (AFTC) as Life Member. APON has developed an innovative and special rehabilitation program, adapting the Minnesota Model, for drug addicts using the principles of the 12 Step of Alcoholics/Narcotics Anonymous Program, Therapeutic Community and other related activities. No addict has ever been turned away from APON’s door due to a financial problem. There is no social, economic or religious restrictions for admission. OUR GOAL & AIM :

The creation of a healthy Bangladesh Society through the establishment of a drug abuse free community. 

The provision of treatment and Rehabilitation for drug addict, and the delivery of related education and prevention services, to the community as a whole.

 

 

OUR OBJECTIVES :

  To provide drug addiction treatment and    rehabilitation services and make it readily available and accessible for the drug addicts.
